Recover Smarter. Train Longer. Stay in the Game.
Recovery protocols built from readiness, injury history, sleep, and stress. Not a workout with the intensity turned down.

I had a client come in after a travel week. She plays tennis, had just flown in, and was playing again the next day. Tight everywhere and completely cooked.
She did not need a session with a good cool-down. She needed an entire session of recovery work, and I did not have one ready to run.
The Bio-Performance Engine builds training. Joint-friendly selection, progressions, restrictions. Recovery lives inside it as a bridge, and that is the right place for it when the plan is to train.
But stretching, soft tissue work, breathing, and bringing a nervous system back down are their own discipline. They need their own pillars and their own logic. So I gave them their own engine.
1. Answer nine questions. Age and sex, what they need most, sport or activity, session length, readiness, training load and sleep and stress, pain and injury and fatigue, available tools, and an HRV or readiness score if you track one.
2. The engine builds against six pillars.
3. You get a protocol shaped by today, not by a template. Low readiness changes the structure, not just the volume.
4. The same client does not get entered twice. Ask for a Client Profile Card and the engine hands back a compact block holding the injury list, the sleep pattern, and the stress load. Paste it into a new chat next week and you only answer what changed today. It also accepts cards from the Bio-Performance Engine.
Low readiness detected. Protocol adjusted for nervous system recovery.
Because she has poor sleep, high stress, a torn right rotator cuff, knee pain, hip tightness, and low back pain, I'd run this as a 20-min in-session reset plus a 10-min take-home sleep reset, instead of pushing a full 30 minutes in-session.
Recovery Blueprint
Phase: Low Readiness, Injury-Protected Mobility Reset
Primary RE Pillar: RE-3 Breathwork
Secondary: RE-4 Neural + RE-2 Mobility
Objective: Calm her nervous system first, then restore pain-free hip, spine, and knee motion without provoking the shoulder or low back. Keep everything gentle, supported, and below symptom threshold.
Scroll the table sideways on a phone.
| # | Technique | Duration | Intensity | Pillar | Coach Cue |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Supine Diaphragmatic Breathing | 4 min | Very Light | RE-3 | Breathe low into belly and ribs |
| 2 | Foam Roll Glutes | 3 min | Light | RE-1 | Stay off sharp pain; breathe slowly |
| 3 | Foam Roll Quads + Calves | 4 min | Light | RE-1 | Gentle pressure only |
| 4 | Cat-Camel Controlled | 3 min | Very Light | RE-2 | Move spine slowly, no forcing |
| 5 | Supported 90/90 Hip Flow | 4 min | Light | RE-2 | Use hands for support, stay pain-free |
| 6 | Legs Up the Wall, Knees Bent | 5 min | Very Light | RE-4 | Let the body get heavy |
The coach asked for thirty minutes. The engine gave back twenty, plus ten to take home, and said why. Low readiness against that injury list did not support a full session on the floor.
Coaches whose clients arrive already spent. Travel weeks, back-to-back match days, poor sleep, an injury being managed rather than resolved.
Also the deload week inside a longer program, and the bridge out of any Bio-Performance session.
Members also get the breathwork sequence with timing and rounds, sleep and recovery guidance, KPI tracking, a client-facing version to send, Client Profile Cards so a returning client never gets entered twice, and Copy-Ready and Phone View delivery formats.
