Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

By subscribing to or using CoachNexus, you agree to these terms.

What CoachNexus is

CoachNexus provides AI-assisted programming tools for fitness professionals. Three engines are available: the Bio-Performance Engine for individual training programs, the Reset Engine for recovery and mobility protocols, and the Collective Engine for multi-level group classes. Which engines you can access depends on your plan.

The platform supports professional judgment. It does not replace it. Every plan an engine produces assumes a qualified professional is present to evaluate it.

Your responsibility as a professional

You are solely responsible for deciding whether anything an engine produces is appropriate, safe, and suitable for the person in front of you.

That includes exercise selection, contraindications, progressions, load, and any modification made during a live session. Every engine output states this, and it is not a formality.

You agree to use CoachNexus within the scope of your own qualifications, certifications, and applicable professional standards.

Client information

You are responsible for the information you enter about your clients, including whether you are permitted to enter it into a third-party tool. Our engines instruct you to use client labels rather than real names, and we recommend you follow that.

See the Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Your account

Your subscription is for you. Sharing login credentials, giving access to others, or redistributing engine outputs as your own product is not permitted.

Using engine outputs with your own clients is exactly what the platform is for. Reselling or republishing them as a competing product is not.

Plans, limits, and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.

Some plans include a monthly session limit and some are unlimited. Your plan's limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Limits reset monthly.

Prices may change. If they do, existing subscribers keep their current rate for the remainder of their paid term, and Founding Member pricing is locked for as long as that subscription stays active.

Cancellation and refunds

Refund terms are set out in full on the Refund Policy page and form part of these terms. In summary:

  • Monthly plans: 14 days, money back, no questions asked
  • Annual and Lifetime: 30 days, money back
  • After those windows: cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid term. Time already used is not prorated.
  • Billing errors such as double charges, charges after cancellation, or broken access are not subject to those windows and will be corrected.

Cancel anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

Limitation of liability

CoachNexus is a planning tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of plans, recommendations, or content generated through the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform. Where a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

The engines depend on third-party AI services. Occasional interruptions outside our control are possible.

Ending your access

We may suspend or end access for credential sharing, redistribution of platform materials, chargeback abuse, or use outside your professional scope. Where the situation allows, we will contact you first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.

Contact

Support and all questions go through the contact form on this site. We respond within three business days.
